SPD not found...help please

Thanks for the post.
The ram appears to work ok, so I do not wish to spend anything as the PC is
being passed on....just the annoying "warning" that appears and passes on
startup.!! I have "lived" with it for years now...still very much appreciate
the great interest & input from this newsgroup.
