Question Speaker audio is extremely low even at 100% volume.

For some reason, my speaker audio has become extremely low, even with the speaker volume and all software volume (e.x. volume mixer, Realtek Audio Console) at 100% volume. The only way I can even hear my speaker audio anymore is to install the 3rd party software "Equalizer APO 1.3" and turn it up by 20 decibels,

It's also worth mentioning that this only affects my speakers (which use Realtek audio as their device), while my headset (which uses a separate USB audio device) has no issues. Here are the fixes I've tried:

1. I've turned every volume meter in volume mixer up to 100%. I've also turned every meter in the Realtek Audio Console up to 100%.

2. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Realtek audio driver which came with my PC.

3. I've purchased new speakers and have the same issue even with the speaker volume turned up to100%.

Here are my system specs from Speccy. (I apologize if this isn't the preferred way to list them):

Check and see if your Lenovo motherboard is pending a BIOS update. You will need to find said BIOS and driver for your prebuilt using the serial number for your prebuilt in Lenovo's support site, which will bring up a bespoke page for said prebuilt.

Once you've updated the BIOS, check to see if your OS is pending any updates. Following that, uninstall your audio driver then manually reinstall the latest audio driver in an elevated command.

Where did you source the installer for your OS?

It's also worth noting that I am getting 2 beeps whenever the system boots, but I'm unable to find a guide to "beep codes" for my Lenovo motherboard.

After doing some research, I learned that others using Windows 11 have experienced a similar issue, but I haven't found a solution. It may be due to a Windows 11 update.
