[SOLVED] speaker setup unknown

hello
my dell laptop sound disappeared
and showed this massage (speaker setup unknown )
i went to control panel - sound and in the playback there was no realtek and no default choice just my Samsung headphones
so i make un- installation to realtek and download it again from dell website
and now i have a second problem
realtek does not install !!
it showed error 001
can you help me please ?

There are many USB sound adapters. The Sound Blaster Go Pro is one. There are many for less money also. They just stick into a USB port. Some have cables some don't. Maybe someone else has a better answer but I use those anyway for better sound.
