Question Speakers and subwoofer do not work, please help

Hi,

I am running a new Dell Inspiron 3030 desktop computer. The speakers that I have are about 10 years old (Logitech). When I hooked up the speakers and subwoofer last week everything seemed to work ok, but then I did something in the settings (can't remember what I actually did). After that, the sound was only coming out of the subwoofer and not the speakers. So yesterday I thought if I switched where the plugs were plugged into, that might fix the problem. After I did that, the sound is only coming out of the speakers and not the subwoofer. I would appreciate any help that you can give me. I should probably buy new speakers as these are 10 years old. What do you think?
