Speakers + Sound Card

I am planning on buying the Asus Xonar DX and Klipsch ProMedia 2.1, they costs around $187.00 after tax.

At this price, can I get a better combo or are these pretty much the de facto choice at this price range? Thanks.

The Creative Titanium HD is probably a better card...there was a sale but it ended. You could have gotten the card for 105 instead of around 150.

In your shoes rather than settle for PC/Multimedia speakers these few days i'd fish out a nice deal on active subs/bookies perhaps ^^
