Question Specific issue with CS:GO

Hello there Toms,
I have a specific issue with CS:GO.
Whenever I use the in game steam overlay (Which I like a lot) I got these issues;
Crashes the game,
It opens I search the google and etc. But cannot re open it later,
Opens briefly and makes me like , The game is fullscreen but like not focused (cannot interact with it).

Verified the integrity, downclocked my GPU, disabled the Radeon ReLive, tried with/without DX9.

Xeon E3-1225v3 102 BCLK (3.67Ghz)
16GB's HyperX Fury 1866
R9 280 Sapphire Dual-X 1000/1300
HDD and SSD

To note: With this overclock it does not crash any other game as I've run my machine for over 2 weeks in one run (Except when I needed an restart for windows update and other programs that need the restart).

Got any other Steam games you can test this with? I'm just trying to figure out if it's specifically CS:GO causing this issue or not.

Well, since steam released new update yesterday for cs:go , today I did not have issues, and yes its only CSGO.
Will reply if it happens again.
