Specs for Gaming

I want to custom build a pc but i am stuck on which parts to get as i don't have good budget.

Can someone suggest me specs for a gaming pc which can run today's games at a decent playable fps, for graphic i can go with low to medium graphics but one thing i want is good frames because currently i get around 10-20 fps on games like league of legends during team fights...

my budget is around 25000 to 30000 RS(excluding case) and i live in Pakistan.

I am willing to buy gtx 780 second hand, friends saying its price will be around 15000, don't really know, no information on the internet.

At currenbt market rates, 30,000 Pakistani Rupee equals 259.52 US Dollar.

Which might get Ryzen R3 2200G, a motherboard and 8 GB RAM, but not the rest of the PC

I know that that s why i was lookiing for a cheaper processor. I can get a gtx 780 under 15000 if its second hand, but cant choose a processor which is suitable for gaming with the remaining bidget.

The 2200g is one of the cheapest CPU's available. Any cheaper, is not going to be worth getting, buying new. Your budget, used market is you only viable option. What is your current system specs?

I5 2.5ghz with 8gb ram and 64 bit processor. But i cant take parts cuz its a laptop also it probably jas no graphic card thats why i get bad fps
