Specs, gtx 770 or gtx 780?

Hello, I'am going to build a gaming computer. The computer is not going to use for photoshop. But more like small edits with sony vegas pro 11. And max multitasking with 6-7 tasks and max 2 games up at the same time. So the question is, should I choose this specs:

Option 2 will work great for gaming and light video editing. No problem. You'll like the additional performance of the 780.
