Question Speculation/Advice 4090/5090

Sort of a speculative question to ask what would be the best value. I was thinking about waiting for the 5090 but then had a thought go through my head. How much do you reckon the 4090 price will drop after the release of the 5090 and which would you buy. I have always had good advice from the people on this site so I come here when I need advice.

As far as I can remember from past trends, the price takes time to drop, but there is no set rule.
