i have a fan cpu nocuta dh 15 ... install fan whit Y-Split Cable and Low-Noise Adaptors ...(MY CPU I5 4440)
after install
cpu tem 38 c

fan speed in program aid a 64...
768 PRM

BUT Fan speed in program... OCCT V6.20
1485 PRM
!!!!!!
What is the reason for this difference? Which is right? solution ?

why difference?
in bios setup

cpu temp ...37 C

and fan nocuta dh 15 )
