Okay.
When at Idle my GPU speeds are as follows
Core Clock- 324 MHz
Memory Clock- 162 MHz
BUT when at load, using the built in render test on GPU-Z, it rises to a core clock 1123.5 MHz and memory clock of 1503 MHz. Is it normal to be so low at idle? If so or not, how can I get it to stay at load speeds?
