spelunker badge

My lvl 30 Scrapper needs the spelunker badge. I'm curious what is the
going rate to offer a lowbie that has this mission? Also, am I
required to exemp or can I breeze through it at my current level and
still get the badge?

The data I've found on the mission list it as a lvl 9-14 CoT mission to
'Rescue the Fortune Teller'.

You can breeze through it at your current level. All that is required is to
kill the mobs guarding the Fortune Teller at the very end of the mission.

As for the going rate, I have no idea. Whenever I have gotten the mission,
I have /broadcast spots for free. Offer whatever you think is appropriate.
Your best bet might be to post a message in the appropriate Server Forum
and hang out in PP and listen to the broadcasts.

Got it.

All I had to do was invite the mission holders lvl 25 char to the team.
I offered her some infl, but she didn't want it.
