Spill water on my case and a bit landed on my GPU it was on standby motherboard lights are on with fans spinning and CPU display lights on but no post even with the GPU out specs Asus prime z370p gtx1070 i5 86000k

PC components and liquid don't mix (unless you're liquid cooling...). You likely have a shot GPU or it shorted out the motherboard.
