I'm not sure if my PSU is doing a bad so I just want to try sometime before buying a new one.
FSP500-60AP http://bulk.fsp-europe.com/fsp500-60apn-85 to power a Emtek GTX 560 OC edition. I'm having problem with it. The PSU have 2 6+2 split connector I want to try if using a molex to 6pin adapter to one connector and a 6pin to the other then leave the other 6 ping hanging would fix this issue. Thing is I don't know much about this PSU rail stuffs and how it would burn the GPU. Is it safe power up the GPU that way or with this PSU I'm just going to fry the GPU that way?

First of all, you won't fry your GPU. Also I don't know why you would use a molex adapter to power your gpu, if you have a 6pin PCIe cable on your PSU you could use that to power your GPU as it only requires a single 6pin PCIe cable

I'm having problem with the GPU and PSU that's why I wanted to try adapter first before getting a new PSU. GTX 560 requires 2 6 pins and I though having 2 separate line for each connector will fix it.

I don't know why they would put both PCIe connectors on the same 12V rail, your PSU has 2 12V rails (both 18A)and I guess they're both on a different rail wich is plenty to power a GTX 560. Have you tried plugging both 6pin connectors in your GPU? You shouldn't be scared about frying your GPU, the chace of that happening is almost zero as it is a pretty decent PSU

Yeah I am connecting my 2 6pins on the GPU but the issue is most of the time PC will turn on but won't boot, beep, post and display anything. I just though it was a GPU issue but it works fine same goes for other component which someone told me PSU might be the problem. I just though it wouldn't hurt to test an adapter if it fix the problem rather than buy a new one right away.

Strange thing I notice though. PC runs every time I turn it on when I don't connect the monitor and doesn't give me the no boot issue. Monitor is perfectly fine since its the same monitor I use on my laptop when watching videos. Was there a similar problem where DVI connection give issue on the PC?

Good to know that fixed the problem, there must be a problem with your PSU then, if it is still under warranty I'd contact the manufacturer to get it fixed.
