Split speakers and mic of headset to use both?

I need to use the headsets speakers but also the microphone however it's using 1 3.5mm jack so I can only use one or the other, is there a cable that will split it into two so that I can use the microphone as well the speakers of my headset?

Yes there is. But it wont allow you to select which port to use it will just output to your headphones and speakers.

A sound card like the Creative SoundBlaster Z has a dedicated headphone port and the software can swap the port for output.
