Question Spots on the monitor

I took this asus 2k monitor yesterday and on the screen I found 3 spots that do not feel to the touch but they look like dirt spots. Is it possible to remove them? I attach photo

Those are what you call, dead pixels, if they don't show any light through them. If they are activated at a specific color(background) then you might have stuck pixels. Did you try using a microfiber clothe with a mild soap solution to wipe the screen and rule out a dirty panel(since you did state in your other thread that this panel was purchased used)?

Those look more like dust/dirt or small insects have gotten in behind the glass. Dead pixels would have sharp distinct edges whereas these have diffuse edges. If these spots are behind the glass there is nothing you can do about it other than replace the display panel.

Not if it's between the layers of glass as is very common. Not everything is easily fixable, especially when you're talking multiple layers that are thinner than a piece of newsprint.
