Sprint iPhone 7 connecting to network then saying invalid/locked/failed sim

I recently purchased a new IPhone 7 Plus and switched my sim from my old iPhone 6. When I insert the sim into my new phone, it connects just fine for about 3 minutes then says either sim failed, invalid sim, or sim has locked. Any help is appreciated!

Go to the Sprint store with both phones and get a new sim card for the new phone.

I think it's technical issue of this phone.
Do you have warranty?
