I added a photo up top but its's hard to see. It looks like a fly or ship?That is a mobile network signal strength icon
It will help if it wasn't a close up.
Take a screen shot and crop the status icons area and post it again.
It could also have letters and symbols depending of the status.
R = Roaming signal strength: Roaming network signal strength is displayed.
3G = Connected to a 3G wireless network.
4G LTE = Connected to a 4G LTE wireless network.
X = Network not available.
I think is a warning icon.I added a photo up top but its's hard to see. It looks like a fly or ship?
No, sometimes it has 5 bars. It's always on.does that show up only if you have weak signal?
Data Saver is Off. Data warning is off.I think is a warning icon.
It appears when Data Saver is set to On.
Data Saver could be turn on, if you are going over your data limit.
If you do not have limits or if you don't want the warning, then you could set it to Off on Settings.
When is roaming a small "R" appears on top of the bars on the Galaxy S9.Data Saver is Off. Data warning is off.
The reason I ask is because my other phone is always roaming. It just started a month ago and I trying to figure out if this phone is roaming as well which might be a tower out but if this is not roaming than I have a problem with the other phone always roaming.
I make a mistake that symbol is on my A20. It's my S9+ that is always roaming and yes it has an R next to the bars on my S9.When is roaming a small "R" appears on top of the bars on the Galaxy S9.
The Galaxy A20 could shows the "R" and "R" with a little plane (✈) or a little triangle (⚠) over the bars...depending roaming partner network status.I make a mistake that symbol is on my A20. It's my S9+ that is always roaming and yes it has an R next to the bars on my S9.
