Question Ssd 100% with low write speed

I have an old 128gb ssd ( back when 128 was around 100$) i bought like 7 years ago

paired with ryzen 1600x and radeon 260x
8gb ram ddr4 3200mhz and b450 gigabyte motherboard

but as you can see in the photo its 100% almost all the time even after fresh windows install


its 50% empty almost

is it a sign that the ssd is dying?
