ssd nvme with high read rate can read data faster and therefore transfer data faster to RAM than an hd?

Solution
ssd nvme with high read rate can read data faster and therefore transfer data faster to RAM than an hd?
Yes. But so many other factors, impact performance that a SATA SSD has the same real world performance in most situations as an NVMe drive.
The orders of magnitude improvement happens when spinning disks are replaced by SSD. After that, the gains are very small.
