[SOLVED] SSD as boot drive

I’ve found a few posts similar to my topic, but none have been able to solve the problem for me.

I bought a new computer. A Dell XPS 8930. The only modification I want to make is to add an SSD for the boot drive. I’ve done this once before, but I’m by no means an expert. I’ve gotten the disk ready and I’m currently in the BIOS trying to arrange the priority.

Under ‘Boot Option Priorities’ I see,
Boot Option #1 Windows Boot Manager
Boot Option #2 Onboard NIC IPV6
Boot Option #3 Onboard NIC IPV4

I don’t see my current hard drive or the SSD listed as an option.

Solution
The WBM is the partition on the boot drive that the system boots from. It shows up that way when your PC is configured in UEFI mode. If your system still has both the HDD and the SSD in it and you want to be sure you're booting from the correct drive, disconnect the HDD's SATA cable and see if it boots.
