Question SSD/Boot problems

So i have a quite new laptop (a Hp elitebook 850 g8 (intel core i5 11gen 8gbram running with windows 10) and I wanted to change the M.2 SSD.
Now that I just exchanged (from Phison) the ssd the laptop does not even go in the bios and the fan is constantly spinning at 100%.
So what could the problem be?

What was the original disk drive? What is the new M.2 SSD?

How did you go about changing the M.2 SSD?
