SSD boot up issue

Hi

So I installed a 500gb SSD and installed Windows onto it...long story short I took my pc in for a service and got a new graphics card installed also...he notified me that my pc wasn't actually booting up from my ssd....so he asked if I wanted that and I said yes...here's the problem - when booting up through SSD my pc turns Captain caveman and it literally can't do anything...it doesn't detect my network adapter...it doesn't even detect a hardwire into the router.
It seems as though I need to find drivers on another machine and memo stick them across....

Please tell me there's an explanation as to why booting up through SSD does this. I managed to revert back to my HDD to restore my whole lifes work!

Windows were not set up properly, right drivers not installed. Nothing can work without drivers.

Yes...I realised now. I'm currently running through my old hhd and gathering the drivers to enable it to all work.
