Any help/suggestions appreciated, there has to be someone out there who has had this same problem

Solution
Yes, sector size can be an issue.

I am unsure of a fix for this.

Cloning is great, when conditions are perfect.
It usually works.
I've done it many many times.

When things are weird, then it fails.

Did you try the Samsung Data Migration tool again?

I have found A video on this and I am currently watching it, so once I go through all the steps I will try the migration tool or macrium again

Be very very careful about utube videos.

In any case....if you get to the end of the cloning process, the one thing you MUST do is power off, disconnect the old drive, and attempt to power up with ONLY the new drive.
Most vids and tutorials do not mention that.
This is not optional.
