Hi, recently tried my hand at building a PC. asus prime z490-p motherboard, intel i7 10700k processor, amd rx5700 xt gpu and a sandisk SSD 1tb. It's running ok but for some reason the system has only allocated 300gb to C drive and the rest to nothing until the other day when I found it had give it the letter F. See pic. Is it possible to combine the F volume into the C to make one drive? I don't understand how it divided it up in the first place, it was all meant to be C drive. I couldn't figure out why my 1TB drive had suddenly reduced to 300GB. Any help would be great, thanks. OK, so how do I post a picture? Found out how to post pic but it keeps telling me something went wrong, will try again later.

OK, so pressed the insert image button, right click, paste, pressed insert, up pops the something went wrong message. Looks like I might have solved it.

Avoid merging partitions.
This is very risky operation, it should not be used (or have full backups for all your data before).

It is safer to:
move data away from F: to some other drive,
delete partition F: ,
move 863MB partition to end of the drive,
extend partition C: to full unused space.
