Crystal mark test result


I build a new pc with sata SSD. I don't know why while copying data from external hard disk to pc, cpu process always jumps to 100 percent. Always while copying data, speed drops to 0 kb for few seconds then goes to normal and this happens always. Also while copying it becomes impossible to use any other program in pc.
This is happening because of cheap consistent 1 tb sata SSD?

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
