Hello. I have problem with my SSD drive. After turning on the computer the SSD doesn't load the system and in BIOS it doesn't show up. I tried to change SATA port on motherboard and also replaced SATA cable but still it didn't work. I also pluged the SSD to different computer but still nothing. It didn't show up in BIOS. Is that SSD dead or there is problem somewhere else?

Thanks for your advices and sorry for my english. Regards.

Hey there HalinaP and welcome the community!
It sounds like you've tried the most sensible options. Unfortunately if the drive was not recognized when you tried it with a different SATA port, SATA and power cables and even tried it with another computer - it sounds like the drive might have failed. You could sill try connecting it to another computer (3rd one) just to be 100% sure that this is the case, but it really sounds like it. I'd suggest that you contact the SSD manufacturer's customer support and ask about RMA if it is still under warranty.

Hope that helps.
