Hello,

I am going to buy a gaming-computer tomorrow. Here it is, just ignore the language(Swedish) scroll down and you will se the computers hardware info:
http://www.komplett.se/k/ci.aspx?sku=10502

As you can see, the computer have a GTX 570 in it. Some people say it will be hard to max BF3 with that so I am thinking of changing GTX 570 to GTX 580, and remove the SSD-disk. I wonder what you recommend me to do.

In what way will I use the computer? I will play WoW, Football Manager and my son will play Battlefield 3, the new call of duty game coming in November. I want to be able to max these games. In the Football Manager case, it's a lot of things going on loading in the game, using a big data base. You dont need good graphics for that game, but is it the SSD or Processor working when you go forward in the calendar in this game?

Otherwise I am thinking of creating music in Cubase 5 on the computer.

I have some anxiety right now, its alot of money. What would you recommend me to do?

I would stick with the GTX 570 and 7200 RPM hard drive until next seasons graphics cards and ssd's come out, especially if you're worried about money. That system can handle every game out right now and the 90 GB SSD should be enough space for those games.

Otherwise I would definatly go with the graphic card. Sure lower loading times are nice, but FPS in the actual game is better!

I would recommend the asrock extreme3 gen3 Z68, except komplett doesnt seem to carry asrock at all in sweden. However do consider a gen3 board, they have PCI-E 3.0 which means you are ready for newer generations of GPU's.

Normally I would say that you might aswell get some 1600mhz RAM, since they are almost the same price, but that does not seem to be the case at komplett.

If you want to go the middle-road, you could put two harddrives in raid0 instead of getting the SSD. It's a poor replacement, but it offers faster loading times than a single harddrive and you get plenty of storage space.

Since you are getting the 2500k, does this mean you plan to overclock? In that case, you might want to consider getting an aftermarket cooler for it, the hyper 212+ is a popular cheap choice, and the 2500k overclocks so well that it should be plenty for a good overclock.
