[SOLVED] SSD format

Hi everybody, I'm going to change the cpu and the Motherboard, my OS (Windows 10) is on a ssd and I'd like to reinstall it from zero when I change the cpu and the motherboard but I have to format it before moving it to another pc configuration but I also have windows 10 installed on it now, what heppen if I clean it whit windows 10 installed on it by my pc?
What can I do?

You don't have to format it "before".

During the new install with the new hardware, you delete all existing partitions on the drive, and then continue on.
