SSD Fragmentation after Trimm

My two SSDs get Trimm optimization every couple weeks but when analyzed they are still very fragmented afterwards. Does this affect performance in any way, however small? Should they be defragmented occasionally to properly sort the data or are they meant to run this way?

Solution
Defrag should be turned off for a ssd.

The reason for defrag on a hard drive is that moving the access arm to read two separated blocks takes time.
With a ssd, there is no access time at all so no need for defrag.
In addition, defrag on a ssd can reduce longevity by needlessly doing updates to rearrange the data.
