Hi all
I've recently upgraded my data storage system to 4TB SSD drives. I can copy a large amount of data across, I.e. 350Gb + then it would freeze. I'm assuming that there is a bad sector on the SSD causing this problem. I ran Chkdsk and Disk sentinel to check for bad sectors but they come back no bad or damaged sectors found. The Partion Table is fine. The GPT partition is 4k aligned, the MSR is not, does this matter?
Everything on the SSD is readable apart from a small collection of files.
I really have no idea as to what the issue is and all the diagnostics I run don't show any problems. I've tried reformatting the drive several times with no change in symptoms. Has anyone come across this with a possible solution please.

You could use a program like HWiNFO to log the temperatures of the SSD to see if its having an overheating problem at some point that's causing your problem.
