[SOLVED] SSD gets Unallocated upon restart

This just started happening recently, but my SSD keeps getting unallocated upon restarting my pc. I have reformatted it multiple times with no new changes, and I downloaded dmde but not sure how to use it.https://www.dropbox.com/s/qh6dbexeyt72rl9/dmde snip.PNG?dl=0

I would do a secure erase, then reinitialize and format. Many motherboards have this capability in the bios, usually the last tab (tools) in the detailed bios. Just be sure to select the correct drive.
If your model has manufacturer software download it and check the drive after the SE.

It appears that you have reinitialised your drive. This causes the OS to send TRIM commands to the drive, and this will then eventually erase all your data. You need to use DMDE before anything else writes to your drive. It's probably too late now.
