I would do a secure erase, then reinitialize and format. Many motherboards have this capability in the bios, usually the last tab (tools) in the detailed bios. Just be sure to select the correct drive.
If your model has manufacturer software download it and check the drive after the SE.

Solution
It appears that you have reinitialised your drive. This causes the OS to send TRIM commands to the drive, and this will then eventually erase all your data. You need to use DMDE before anything else writes to your drive. It's probably too late now.
