Question SSD/HDD booting together problem

Hello,,
I have recently installed SSD (ADATA) as a primary disk

and used a caddy instead of the CD/DVD to use my old HDD as a storage

but what happens is that sometimes, windows can read both , and after I restart, the HDD disappear but restarting again makes it shows again

what may cause such weird issue ?

Moving this to Laptop Tech support since this is an issue with caddy or the laptop itself.
