Hiya, I have my current PC which can play gta v smoothly, I have it installed on a 1 TB HDD and ometimes it takes sooooooo long to load, if i bought a 250GB Samsung SSD could i put gta v on it along with some other games making them load faster? I would keep the 1TB for documents and my OS will remain there.

Yes, it would load faster. No, it will not increase frame rates or affect performance in other ways.

GTA V would still load quite slow. Basically, with an SSD it will load in 30 seconds whilst about 50 seconds with an HDD.

Keep in mind that the other factor of GTA's gigantic load times has to do with your internet connection along side ur storage.
