Need much more info.

Make/model/size?

What is telling you this is "missing"?

Install and run either WinDirStat, or WizTree.

Run as Administrator, selecting only the drive in question.
Post a screencap here.

Also, a screencap of your Disk Management window.

its backwards the names and storage compacitys got swapped between my ssd and hdd
just tried to clean install from ssd where the boot should be failed blue screen tried from my hdd no installation media. sorry ive been at this for two days straight my truck broke down last night and i have class tomorrow. what would you suggest i do next.
some context, i reinstalled windows kept my files but my drivers had to all be downloaded again installed driver booster downloaded god knows what i uninstalled it this is where im at now. nothing seems to work but if i unplug hdd run off the ssd now it will boot up from that without windows boot manager show it has the os but shows only 500 gigs. im assuming the ssd has some corrupt files but i cant wipe it with the os on there

I am entirely unsure of what you think the "problem" is.

The Crucial Storage Executive window shows the part number for a 525GB MX300.

As requested, a screencap of WinDirStat, and your Disk Management window. would help immensely here.

You say "half is missing", but you also mention a 2TB drive.

Need evidence of this.

And that WizTree also shows a 525GB drive.
100GB used, 387GB free space.

As well as your Disk Management window.

What is telling you this device should be "larger"?
so heres what i just did, i put a sata ata cable on my hdd and ran the sata data 6gb on the sdd

So that shows 4 roughly 500MB partitions on the drive, which adds up to the 2GB. No idea why there's a 500GB recovery partition on there, or why the rest of it is split up as it is, but it's all there. Assign a drive letter to "New volume" by right clicking on it and picking the appropriate menu option and it'll show up in Explorer.

That "New Volume" is only 475MB. Not GB.
0.4GB....irrelevant to the MX300 525GB drive space.

475megabytes of Unallocated space.
Irrelevant. NOT, I repeat NOT "half the drive"
okay okay thank you but quick let me tell you have this happened and maybe i just got a little crazy. after the clean install my pc was stuck in legacy mode. it said it needed the pcie for my drive. there was no security is this just a driver issue

Windows on 525GB drive is stil installed in legacy mode.
It has legacy bootloader (500MB System Reserved partition) on it.

But your 2TB disk has UEFI bootloader on it (100MB EFI System partition).

If you wish to make 525GB drive UEFI bootable then
1. Delete newly created 475MB logical drive.
2. Delete extended partition (green color area in Disk 0).
3. Shutdown and disconnect 2TB HDD.
4. Boot into windows in legacy mode.
5. use mbr2gpt to convert 525GB drive from legacy/MBR to UEFI compatible. Validate first before full conversion.
Execute from elevated command prompt.
mbr2gpt /validate /disk:0 /allowfullos
mbr2gpt /convert /disk:0 /allowfullos
