SSD issues on fesh computer.

I'm trying to install a new copy of W10 onto my new computer via bootable flashdrive. I have 2 internal SSDs being 1 500Gb Samsung 860 EVO and a 1Tb Samsung 860 EVO. My main issue is that my computer is recognizing neither of them as harddrives. and no I can't put drivers on it as far as I know right now since the computer is entirely blank.

Assuming both drives are SATA, check the port they are plugged into on the motherboard. My grandson had this problem and we discovered they were plugged into SATA 2.

I now have only the 500Gb in my computer but its still showing as 0 Drivers being in the computer. its not reading the SSD or recognizing that it is a SSD I'm not sure which.

Actually just tried this and made sure it was in SATA 1 which it is now. My computer still fails to recognize the Drive

Not sure if you are saying your computer isn't seeing it during installation or from the BIOS so.... do you see the drive listed in the BIOS?

No it is not on the BIOS. Neither of my drives are on my BIOS when I try either of them out with multiple cables. Currently trying to install more up-to-date drives as well as flashing my BIOS to see if it helps any.
