ssd losing its partitions

every week or so my ssd keeps losing its partitions and i have to reinstall windows and all my programs which is an absolute pain. after the reinstall everything will work fine for about another week or so. pc will then boot past bios screen and show error about invalid partition table and around goes the cycle.

things i have tried
-update bios
-reseating components
-using different wires
-currently using ram separately and on different slots to check if its one of the ram modules or the socket

any help is appreciated

Could be a bad ssd. Did you delete the partitions in setup before you reinstalled windows
