Hi Guys,
Im new here and have run into a problem with my two SSD disk drives. I recently upgraded my windows 10 to Pro from Home. Once the update had been completed I created a local account and deleted my Microsoft account along with it files. However, some files didnt actually delete. However, I have tried to install various other applications back onto the system, but have noticed that my second SSD isnt there? I have one SSD Samsung 970 Evo (Which is the bootable SSD) and a second SSD Samsung 860 EVO which was going to be used as storage. At the time when I deleted my Microsoft account there was a couple of steam and origin games installed on the 860 storage drive.
However for some reason I now cannot see my 860 SSD anywhere and I cant even see it in the bios under ssd drives. The only one that is showing is the 970 evo. Hopefully someone here can help as I have no idea what to do next. This system was built by a reputable computer business so I know that everything was installed correctly, I have obviously done something to ah heck it up. Could my drive now be corrupt, because of the deleting of my account? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Paul
