Hello!
I want to buy a 250 gb SSD .
this:
https://www.amazon.com/Kingston-SA1...ingston+a1000&qid=1557317929&s=gateway&sr=8-2
or this:
https://www.amazon.com/XPG-SX8200-G...pci+ssd&qid=1557319424&s=gateway&sr=8-14&th=1
My mobo says it supports M key
https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/PRIME-B350M-K/specifications/

but i don´t know if i can put in my motherboard because of the graphic card , the m.2 port is below the gpu, this will be an issue?

PC Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 5 1600
MOBO: Asus prime b350m-k
GPU: Radeon RX 580

I will use it for the system, casual web browsing , programming , etc. No render , no gaming.
If I can not use the pcie I will buy a ssd 2.5 " like crucial mx500
if you know of some ssd that goes better with my needs let me know, I do not want to spend more than 60 $.
Thanks.

That's not a problem.
Remove graphics card, install M.2, put graphics card back.

Personally I wouldn't choose kingston SSD. Adata SSD is on the low end also, but better than your other option. My choice would be Samsung 970 evo, but it will not fit into your budget.

It's supposed to be there under the GPU, still the most annoying place in the world. The dropped the ball with the M2 slot, bigtime.
It should have been a RAM type slot so you can plug it in easier. I digress

Then you have more components sticking up interfering with cables, fans, other cards. And they are not meant to be swapped out all the time really. Not a lot of people swap drives until the old one dies. The portion of computer users that swaps drives to get faster speed from an already fast drive is very small compared to total number of computer users.

Some M.2 slots they actually had on the bottom part of the motherboard so you can't even get to them unless you remove the motherboard.

When M2 slot was introduced, all of them started to fail and slow down due to heat. Then the heatsink was put on later on which still didn't do a lot, because of the location. There would be no restriction with M2's if they were slotted in like ram. Ram has never been redesigned because of the air restriction.
It was a missed oppurtunity to make the slot similar to Ram, allowing for better cooling, out of sight, and also could have replaced many Pci-e 1x slots, which are hardly ever utilised and could be slotted there.
Anyway, the M2 damage has already been done, lets wait until they decide to make a M3 or something, and hopefully this time they will get it right.

I agree with that but Desktops didn't prompt the development of M2 so it was not given consideration.
Maybe one day we will have a vendor put the x4 M2 slot vertical or bring it out as a regular pcie x8 sot (running at x4) to better accommodate cooling.
