SSD Migration data space innaccurate

I just installed a brand new SSD 850 Evo 250GB and migrated from a SSD Crucial 64GB, using Samsung Migration. Everything appears to have loaded fine and my PC looks the same in terms of OS, however when viewing the disk space in Windows Explorer, the new SSD size is not reflecting accurately. When I review the disk in "Disk Management" it displays the full size in the bottom pane as disk 0, but inaccurately for the volume in the top pane (which was how the migration left it). I am not sure why this is happening. Does anyone know how to fix this, without wiping the disk? Thanks in advance to all replies.

To clarify, the new SSD 850 Evo 250GB is only showing a capacity of 45GB. When right clicking the disk in Disk Management, I cannot select "extend volume" because it is greyed out.

Solution
I'm afraid you will need to redo the clone and look for the option to use the 'whole' drive.

If you let us know which cloning tool you used we could probably guide you.
