Hi, i'm looking to upgrade my PC with a 512GB SSD and I currently have a 1TB HDD partitioned into 2 (C: and E: drives) and looking if it is possible to migrate only the C: drive onto my SSD and keep the E: drive for videos, pictures, games, etc. If so, should I delete EVERYTHING in my C: drive after migrating it to the SSD? Thanks

Solution
Yes, assuming the SSD disk-space capacity can accommodate the contents of your C: partition you can clone that partition over to the SSD.

Following the disk-cloning operation temporarily disconnect the HDD and boot ONLY with the SSD connected in the system. Assuming the SSD boots & functions without any problems, then you can reconnect the HDD in the system. Ensure that your motherboard's BIOS boot priority order indicates a first boot to the SSD.

DO NOT delete the C: partition on the 1 TB source disk until you're certain the SSD is functioning without any problems.
