My new Samsung 870 QVO 1TB SSD isn't showing up in my BIOS or when installing windows 10. I've checked the cables with a different SSD and that is detected, so I don't think its an issue with the cables. My motherboard is a z390 Aorus Elite. Any ideas?

I had a Samsung 850 SSD (SATA) with Windows 10 on it. I bought Samsung 970 SSD (M.2). Turned off the computer, plugged it in, inserted a bootable USB stick with Windows 10 on it.
