OS: Windows 7
MB: Gigabyte Z77MX-D3H-TH
I have an old Plextor SSD PX-128m5s in my PC as secondary and a sudden power outage made it unable to be detected in the BIOS, I already tried changing the SATA/Power cables and no luck. However I borrowed a friend's SATA USB 3.0 enclosure -> attached the SSD and while it does not show up in My Computer the SSD is listed in Device Manager's Disk Drive list (though it lasted for a few minutes).
What can I do to remedy this problem and since it was listed in device manager does this mean the SSD isn't completely dead?
