SSD not listed in boot priority, but is visible in SATA information

As the title says, the SSD is visible in the SATA devices list, but it's not possible to boot from it.

I have tested the SSD in a different computer and it boots just fine.

The SSD was cloned from another SSD, tested in the new system, wasn't showing, was then made ready for new hardware via sysprep, but still nothing.

The OS was upgraded from Windows 7 to 10 many many months ago.

Hey, thanks for the tip, I disabled secure boot and changed the UEFI boot option, but sadly nothing changed.

The motherboard is Asus Z170 Pro Gaming BIOS Ver. 3016.

Hello... I'm not WIN10 user at this time... but typically I will always do a 'clean fresh" install of the OS on any NEW or different MB... if you wanna try that you will have a working system and OS in about ~15-30 mins... Basically doing this through the "Front DOOR" and not through a "Back DOOR so to say... and it will make things go so much smoother and faster. B D

All of these "Security upgrades" to MB's and WIN10 are in place so that people cannot place a HD/SSD into someone else's computer when they are not at HOME or WORK... so basically for all we know here is, this POST could be considered a security risk or "By Passing" normal software procedures. B /

Getting confused here. This computer where you want the cloned Ssd to work..... where did the operating system on the Ssd come from? Are you trying to get the cloned Ssd to boot on a computer with an operating system and drivers from a different computer?
