I recently cleaned my processor's fan because my computer was making a lot of noise. After i did, there was no more noise so it was fixed. I then launch a game (Ghost of Tushima) and started playing like normal. But after a certain time, my FPS drops and starts moving slow. Even the menu screen. My PC doesnt make any noise, its not hot and even tried turning my computer off for like 45 minutes and it still lags after a while. Please help I cant do this anymore.

EDIT: I noticed my LAT going up and up until my screen just turn in sleep mode when I lag so maybe its that

If all you did was clean the fan, then I suspect the subsequent problem is related to that. Observe the temperatures as the problem occurs and use performance managet to see what is changing. What all was entailed in cleaning the fan?
