So after I restarted the computer it launched to BIOS automatically,
SSD (where windows is installed) is not showing on the boot option menu.

The things I tried:
*Disable "Fast Boot"
*Disable and Enable the "CMOS"
*Reset the MOBO by taking off the battery
*Shut down and disconnect everything and wait 20 minutes
*Disconnect all drives and try the SSD on every SATA port
*Replaced SATA cables
*Going through 200 posts about it here at the forums

Things I want to mention:
*It was always on AHCI mode.
*Only when I switch to RAID it shows the SSD but won't boot.
*Other drives like HDD and optical are showing

So I went and installed windows on my other HDD drive, SSD won't show in "My Computer" but it shows in "Disk Management" as uninitialized and the only thing I can do from there is to initialize it.
I don't care about formatting the drive but I do care about the content, any way to back it up somehow?

P.S
My MOBO is "ASUS Z97-A" and my SSD is "Samsung EVO 850".

Edit:
So I connected it to another PC, opened "Minitool partition wizard", it shows as "Bad Disk".
But I cant format/initialize it, not through "Minitool" and not through windows' "Disk Management".
any solution? is my SSD dead?

Thanks.

You can try plugging it in to a different working system. If you format or initialize that drive there is a very good chance you will not be able to recover or back up any of the data without the experience, knowledge, and tools to do so. Exercise extreme care with what you do or try on that drive.

You could try using a file recovery utility like File Scavenger to see if it is able to find anything usable.

With wear leveling tables randomizing the location of stuff on the SSD, recovering files if the tables got damaged for whatever reason is probably a job for data recovery labs.

Say I gave up on the content, what can I do to make it work and show again at boot menu? just initialize it and it will work again or do I need to do something else?

in disk manager, if the drive does not look normal when you reinitialize it then you will have to check to see if you can create a new volume or able to format it

If nothing is able to touch the SSD, then it looks increasingly like a dead drive and you are looking at a warranty replacement if possible as the best option. I know I wouldn't trust a drive that has gone tits-up on me once with remotely important data again.

if it is a Samsung drive the warranty can ether expire after a number of years but it can also have a data limit.
