SSD Not showing up in disk management and I've tried everything.

I just got a samsung SSD 860 EVO and I installed it and it wasn't in disk management. I tried switching sata ports and it was on the right mode in BIOS. I currently have a 1 TB Western Digital Blue HDD. I'm looking to boot windows and play games off the SSD. Windows is already installed in the HDD however I no longer have the disk for windows 7. I am now on windows 10 after upgrading for free to windows 10 pro.

What version of the 860, M.2 nvme, SATA, MSATA? What is the motherboard brand and model? Is it seeing the drive in the BIOS?

have you tested the drive with a diagnostic software, preferably the one provided by the manufacturer?
