Hey guys, please help meee!!

I have an 1TB SSD Nvme which was working just fine, however after a Widows crash, my laptop was not booting anymore. It stays on the Dell logo page but it never loads (I can't access the boot page through f12, or esc, or anything). After plugging an old SSD, my laptop turned on, and when I try to access the 'broken' SSD (through my ugreen SSD adapter) it does not show on the This PC page, and when I open the Disk Management tool it shows the broken SSD as a 1,00 GB unallocated disk. I think that something is corrupted 🙁(

Please, help me guys, I have some files on it that, if possible, I would like to save (but that is a minor problem anyways). Thank youu!

Have you tried a windows usb recovery boot. You can try to repair startup, see if you can system restore to an earlier point before the crash. Use a command prompt to check the disk etc.

if its not allowing you into the old ssd its either dead. or corrupted which all you can do is wipe the drive. in disk management and see if it revives the rest of the storage.

The problem is that when I use the 'broken SSD' I can't boot the laptop; and it doesn't respond when I type in the F12 or esc for boot/bios menu.
