SSD on constant 100% Activity

Hello

Im having a little problem with my OCZ Agility 3 SSD 240GB running Windows 8.1.
It suddenly got very slow and is showing 100% Activity in Task manager constantly.
Even in Safemode is it slow. 🙁

How can I tell from the SMART data if the disk is about to die / reached its lifetime on the OCZ SSDs?

Crystal Disk Info will give you the SMART low down.

Not sure he's at the point where he needs to back up his data, he just wants to read the SMART info from the drive.
