SSD only showing 8mb in properties

After opening i installed it into my pc and it shows up in my bios and device list and my file explorer. Problem is, is that it only shows 8 mb in the properties but in the bios it shows the correct amount 128gb. Honestly I just want to see the correct amount and transfer windows from hdd(C to this ssd which I also don't quite know how to do.

About 500 gb out of the tb is being used by my C drive. Also an update is that I installed the SSD and it works fine now. Reads and writes well after some benchmarks and shows the correct amount of space. Now I just want to transfer windows to the ssd without wiping my C drive.

Get the screenshot, you were asked before.

Generally for cloning to be possible, used space in OS partition has to be smaller than target drive.
If it is not, then you have to move data away from it and uninstall software until used space is reduced enough to fit onto target drive.

Doesn't work like that.

1. You can't transfer "only windows"
2. Whatever physical drive the OS (windows) is on will be the C drive
3. You can't squeeze 500GB of stuff into a 120GB space.

To utilize that SSD< you need to either reduce the actual used space on the current drive to below 85GB
or
Clean install on the SSD. Which entails a clean install of all your applications, etc.

What, exactly, constitutes that 500GB consumed space?
